About the job

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing, planning, and executing influencer campaigns. This includes co-developing concepts and, based on these, creating briefings, managing projects from start to finish, and preparing reports. You seamlessly coordinate between the client, team members, and partners (agencies & influencers) to make every campaign a success. You do all of this within the set budget and timeline, and always in line with Combo’s mission and core values.

You closely follow market developments and trends, and you know exactly which people we should work with. You bring creative influencer campaigns to life without losing sight of the briefing, ensuring that the campaign contributes to the client’s communication objectives. In doing so, you work closely with your colleagues.

As Combo’s Influencer Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients during the development and rollout of campaigns

  • Create influencer selections that fit the campaign objectives

  • Set up influencer collaborations and manage the creative process

  • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, making adjustments where necessary

  • Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of our campaigns

  • Collaborate with colleagues, knowing exactly who to involve at the right moment

You have:

  • Knowledge of cultural trends and insight into who we should work with to make our campaigns successful

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep an overview at all times

  • A hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude

  • The ability to develop and monitor a project plan

  • At least 2 years of experience working at an (influencer marketing) agency

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch, in writing and speaking
